Tapflow is available as a free download with a Pro subscription for advanced features. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you purchased a Tapflow Pro subscription directly through our website and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, email support@usetapflow.com with your order details (order number from your Paddle receipt). We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Renewals
If your subscription has auto-renewed and you no longer wish to use Tapflow Pro, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund.
What Is Not Covered
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
