If you purchased Tapflow Pro directly through our website and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, email support@usetapflow.com with your order details (order number from your Paddle receipt). We will process your refund within 5 business days.

One-Time Purchase

Tapflow Pro is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There is no subscription and no recurring billing, so there are no renewals to cancel.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
