Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tapflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Tapflow grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
Tapflow is available as a free download with core features. Advanced features require an active Pro subscription. The free tier may be modified or limited at any time.
4. Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed annually and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the Tapflow app (Settings → General → “Manage Subscription”) or via the customer portal link included in your order confirmation email from Paddle.
If your subscription auto-renews, you may request a refund within 14 days per our Refund Policy.
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By purchasing and downloading Tapflow Pro, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download/access begins. Notwithstanding this, our 14-day refund policy applies regardless.
Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at usetapflow.com/refund.
6. Experimental Features
Some features are experimental and may not function consistently across all macOS versions, hardware configurations, or system transitions. These features are provided as-is with no guarantee of stability.
7. Intellectual Property
Tapflow and all associated assets are the exclusive property of Johann Fels. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tapflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all third-party applications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Johann Fels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tapflow.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Tapflow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
